Phase 1 - Consisted of 19 new build apartments with gas fired central heating and two bathrooms within each unit. Communal gas and water installation within riser cupboards.
Phase 2 - The redevelopment of the old Tannery building dating back to the 18th century. Tastefully developed into 24 residential units. A mixture of 2/3 bed apartments and 3 bedroom townhouses. All with gas fired central heating and contemporary bathroom installation including vileroy and boch sanitary ware.

A development in Maidstone for affordable housing. 1/2 bed flats with gas fired central heating and radiators. Working along side Maidstone Borough Council.

8 residential units now make up the old admin building. A challenging project but with a great end finish. Gas boilers with tradional cast iron column radiators. Bathrooms are contemporary with villeroy and boch sanitary ware. 6 new build units extend on the east and west wing seamlessly.

350m of underfloor heating to ground and first floor. 6 bathrooms all as wet rooms. System boiler and unvented cylinder. Working with a client who's budget allowed us to showcase some exceptional plumbing and heating work.
Redevelopment of a large terrace house within the village of Dulwich.
Another challenging project due to the age of the property but extremely pleased with end result. Project consisted of underfloor heating, cast iron column radiators and chrome towel radiators. All separately controllable with a smart phone via the Nu-Heat home hub. With space being a commodity in London we had to be a bit creative to fit the boiler and cylinder within the eaves of the roof space.
